Up a Level

I got this yesterday from Amazon:

We're sorry to report that we have cancelled the item from the order you placed on January 25 2007 08:39 PST

You may notice that it was on the last day of May, a few months away from January 25th. There was a reason I canceled it. But, it points out that things sometimes get lost in the waves of life. I completely forgot about this order. It used to be 5 books, then I split it to get two of them now. I pulled off two more and went directly to the publisher for Ironclaw. I had it a week later from lulu.com, which excited me since I'm considering self-publishing two things on lulu.com as basically being unsellable to a publisher or even an agent. And the quality was what I hoped for and I still haven't been disappointed with them.

Stayed up late to work on My Father's Bike. Found a chapter I could really write about, so things are going well and I almost made my goal of 20,000 words by the end of the weekend.

This weekend, I'm planning on playing with Itrifore and writing and playing computer games. And laundry. Lots and lots of laundry.
