Right now, I have three beta readers for Flight and one for DG. So, four beta readers. Two of those beta readers have gotten a job within a week of getting my novel to read. Apparently, I'm such an amazing writer that the sheer awesomeness of my words will get you hired.

(Or, they got jobs instead of finishing the reading.)
