Fable

I spent part of the weekend (Sunday) and most of last night playing Fable. I'm getting close to the end of the game and I'm getting to the point where I'm actually hoping to see the end of it. I managed to max out my character and got to the big moral decision. Then... there ended up being more of the story. That mid-game "twist" always gets me, mainly because I keep feeling that I just want it over, then there ends up being more of it.

Of course, I found an in-game way of handling most of the fights, so I've been doing pretty good in the game. I went the entirely "good" route (except for two sacrifices for a bow) and I can't wait to finish the game in the next day or so. Then, I'm going to keep Oblivion and Rachet and Clank on the shelf for a few days, maybe to work on Turf Wars.

There are some things I really like about the game. The acceptance of other sexualities is nice (straight, gay, and bi), but also how the character changes his appearance over the game. Of course, my specific little guy seems to be heavily cut and scarred, with bright blue eyes and a little halo over his head. Still, a fun game.
