This is the third year I'm participating in Lexember, a month-long challenge to come up with a new word a day for one of my conlangs. This year, I'm doing Hissan, a recent I've started working on for my development of the United Hidanork Tribes (UHT).
Like every other year, I'm also doing a theme. Since families and lands are tied closely together, the words I'm picking will be based on those related terms.
Lexember 15: ookna
- To perform a ritual.
- To be respectful of another family's or culture's traditions.
- (Derogatory) To not question actions that were decided by long-dead generations.
